Certification work in the food industry and GFSI, Global Food Safety Initiative

The course starts by providing a simplified picture of sustainable development and then linking ISO standards to, among other environments, economy and social. The course addresses certifications such as BRC, FSSC 22,000 and IP based on the structure of the management system.
The aim of this course is to provide specialized knowledge of various management systems that exist in the food industry as well as relevant standards and regulations in the industry. The course also includes an in-depth knowledge of HACCP in production processes, knowledge of cross contamination and expand the ability to carry out risk assessments.
